Get prepared to pick up your RV

To pick up your vehicle with peace of mind, we invite you to consult the section dedicated to your RV renter below.

Some of our suppliers will offer a shuttle to their branch while others will invite you to take a taxi and reimburse the fare afterwards. It is also possible that the transfers to and from the branch be at your expense. You will find below all the indications to get to your vehicle. 

First, choose your RV renter: 


 

BRITZ

If your rental includes a transfer, you must contact Britz, at least 72 hours prior to your pick up, to agree on the time and place of your transfer pick up. If you don't want to take advantage of the transfer and get to the location by your own means, you still must call the rental company to agree on a pick up time. In which case, any cost associated will be at your own charge. 

To save time at the counter on the day of your pick up, we highly recommend you fill the Pre Check In form, 72 hours in advance, at http://www.britz-usa.com/check-in

During the RV pickup appointment, you may be asked to present your physical driver's license in addition to the international driver's license or an official English translation.

 

CRUISE AMERICA

If you have selected the Round trip Transfers + AM pick up + PM drop off, it is mandatory to call the rental office at the number provided on your voucher prior to your pick up to schedule your vehicle pick up time.

Even if you didn't purchase the transfer option, it is still mandatory to call the rental office the day before or in the morning to arrange your pick up time. This is to prevent having too many people at the rental location at the same time.  

We invite you to watch the orientation video for your vehicle (see below) to familiarize yourself with it. To save time at the counter on the day of your pick up, you can fill the Express Check In form in advance. 

 

EL MONTE

Since El Monte doesn't offer any transfer option, you must plan all your transporation to the branch and back by your own means. Any cost associated with it will be at your own charge. 

All clients must complete online check-in at least 14 days prior to motorhome pick up. 

You still must call the number on your voucher, before 9:30am the day of your pickup to schedule an appointment time. It is important that you respect your scheduled appointment time, to prevent any gathering at the rental location. Under no circonstances should you arrive at location without an appointment. 

We suggest you take a look at the instruction video as well as the information page to familiarize yourself with the vehicle prior to pick up. 

At the RV pickup appointment, you may be asked to present your physical driver's license along with either an international driver's license or an official English translation.

 

ESCAPE CAMPERVANS 

Since Escape Campervans doesn't offer any transfer option, you must plan all your transporation to the branch and back by your own means. Any cost associated with it will be at your own charge. 

You will receive an email from Escape prior to your pick up date. You must imperatively answer this email before your pick up to schedule your pick up time

 

MIGHTY CAMPERS

Since Mighty Campers doesn't offer any transfer option, you must plan all your transporation to the branch and back by your own means. Any cost associated with it will be at your own charge. 

All clients must complete online check-in at least 14 days prior to motorhome pick up (same website as El Monte). 

You still must call the number on your voucher, before 9:30am the day of your pickup to schedule an appointment time. It is important that you respect your scheduled appointment time, to prevent any gathering at the rental location. Under no circonstances should you arrive at location without an appointment. 

At the time of the RV pickup appointment, you might need to provide your physical driver's license along with an international driver's license or an official English translation.

 

ROAD BEAR 

If your rental includes a transfer, you must request the transfer via the online check-up. You must also contact Road Bear, at least 4 days prior to your pick up, to agree on the time and place of your transfer pick up. If you don't want to take advantage of the transfer and get to the location by your own means, you still must call the rental company to agree on a pick up time. In which case, any cost associated with it will be at your own charge. 

To save time at the counter on the day of your pick up, we demand that you fill the Pre Check In form 2 weeks in advance at http://www.roadbearrv.com/check-in.

During the RV pickup appointment, you might need to show your physical driver's license along with an international driver's license or an official English translation.

 

TRAVELLERS AUTOBARN

Since Travellers Autobarn doesn't propose any transfer, you must reach the branch by your own means. Any cost associated with it will be at your own charge. 

You still have to call the rental company, at least 48 hours prior to your pick up,  to schedule an appointment time. It is imperative that you respect to appointment time given to you, to prevent any gathering at the rental location. To obtain the rental company's telephone number, please refer to your voucher.

To save time at the counter on the day of your pick up, you can fill the online check in form in advance. 

If your rented the Kuga model, we invite you to watch the orientation video prior to your pick up, so you can familiarize yourself with the vehicle.
