Manatee tours are offered right on the site of the Plantation Resort on Crystal River complex. Take a boat out in search of manatees and then get in the water to snorkel among them.

Snorkeling is done in wetsuits to make the interaction as silent as possible and avoid disturbing the manatees.

That way they are more inclined to approach and get close.

Seeing manatees up this close and being able to swim with these gentle giants is sure to be one of the highlights of your trip!
