APOLLO mechanics and hotline are not competent!
At the begining, they had left the water tank filling valve on "Tank Fill": we had no water pressure and the toilets filled and overflowed ... We called the hotline who knew nothing about it and we went to APOLLO Las Vegas site where the mechanics said us that it was normal! After 3 hours of research, they finally found that it was just necessary to put this filling valve on "Normal" ...
It's a shame: we could not shower for 4 days!
The windshield washer tank was empty at the beginning. The lock of the only access door in the vehicle was defective: several times we had to go through a window to get in ...

I am so sorry for this unsatisfied experience with APOLLO mechanics and hotline. Laurence is presently in contact with APOLLO to understand what happened exactly and why they were not abble to give you the support you needed while traveling with their RV. She will contact you when she is going to get more info and details.
