Passionate about travel since always, I left France alone in 2011 to attempt a first experience abroad. I moved to England to perfect my English, then flew to Switzerland where I would meet my partner, with whom we share a common passion for travel. Our passion led us to visit around twenty countries where, for several of them, we stayed for a while to immerse ourselves in the culture and way of life. Among all these countries, we fell in love with the United States. Having resided between Whistler and Vancouver, Canada, I was able to explore the Pacific Northwest and even had the chance to return to places I had loved so much a few times.

My Picks and Travel Tips

What is my favorite destination in the USA?

Without a doubt, my favorite destination was New York. A dream come true, and the constant impression of being on a movie or series set.

A tip for your trip to the USA

Take your time, and don't try to see too many things in a short period. Let's be honest, it also gives us a good reason to come back and explore a new region!

What is my favorite season in the USA?

Summer is probably my favorite season, I love being able to spend time outside and enjoy the sun for hiking and strolling. Summers on the West Coast are particularly beautiful and warm, and there are plenty of activities to explore during this period.

What souvenir to bring back from the United States?

Personally, I always bring back a sticker from every place I've visited. But on my first trip to the United States, I had brought back an American license plate for each member of my family to display at home.

Don't forget to pack in your luggage:

A good camera and a small backpack that can accompany you everywhere.

What is my dream trip?

Following a recent trip to Tokyo, my dream would be to return to Japan, explore the country in more depth, and taste all the culinary specialties of each region.
