Reasonably good
We had a good car - while different than the one reserved - clean and in good condition. Unfortunately the "on-boarding" was too quick and incomplete so we had to find out ourselves how things worked. Also had issues with keys that brooked - which once we were able replace for 4.5$ - the second key brook the day before leaving so we could not replace it before giving the RV back, and they charged us 150 $ for the replacement (arguing that they need to completely replace the locker...). Not happy about it.
Otherwise we had no technical issue, no bad surprise and things workout as planned.

However, we regret that 2 keys broke during the rental period. This is very unusual.
If you would like your rental specialist to contact Roadbear to inform them of your unfortunate experience and to see if they can reduce the cost of the key, please write directly to him or to this address: info@authentikusa.com and provide us with as much information as possible about what you experienced. This will help us in our negotiation with them.
