Constructive Improvement Recommendations
We had no issue with the RV and had a great time.
We would like just to express our feeling, regarding the excessive rush shown upon collecting and delivering back our RV, as they should not expect that the movie serve all purposes and queries. They are understaffed during this summer season, and just can't handle it to the required service level that we expect....in comparison to other RV rents done in 5 other countries in the world so far.
We find as well that a GPS should automatically be included, or proposed, as opposed to let the customer find a solution in a supermarket....it is not a small detail for any foreigner coming to the USA,....and should be an easy USD30 issue to solve.
Would suggest that you indicate more clearly that KOA camping sites, get discounted with Cruise America clients.
