RoadBear Transfers

Roadbear offers complimentary transfers from/to certain hotels near the airport. In some cities, transfers are also available to some downtown hotels. It is important to note that Roadbear will not pick up clients at the airport but may provide airport transfer after vehicle drop-off. Transfert must be booked at least 14 days in advance. Once this delay has passed, it would not be possible to book a transfer.

Los Angeles: Some airport hotels / No downtown transfers
San Francisco: Some airport hotels / San Leandro BART train station / No downtown transfers

New York: Some Newark airport hotels / No downtown, JFK or La Guardia airport transfers

Vehicles must be picked up between 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm, and dropped off between 8:00 am and 10:30 am. Charges for RV return after 12 noon: $300.00 per day plus applicable rental charges. Clients are not entitled to a complimentary transfer in case of late RV return.

IMPORTANT
Main update is that customers must have their child seat or booster with them before boarding our shuttle.
We recommend the customers to bring the child seat or booster with them from home. Or have it send to their hotel.
