The Great Explorer
(Translated by Google) Exceptional experience, quick reservations, no problems ...
Virginie was available to advise us on travel extras.
A big thank you!
(Translated by Google) We appreciated that Virginie, via Autentik, prepared our trip to the American West. She was very friendly and very responsive whether by phone or email.
We liked:
That the journey could be customized and that Virginie advised us as best as possible.

The road trip PDF with the summary of our trip, things to see and do, and practical information was perfect.
The rental car, a Ford Explorer with 8 seats, was perfect for the two of us and our two daughters who could each rest on a bench during the rather long drives. We were able to drive on the roads of Monument Valley Park as only 4x4s and this type of car could access the unpaved roads.
All the hotels allowed us to arrive earlier, except the one in Monument Valley (Kayenta Monument Valley Inn) where the person was not welcoming and very distant.
The breakfasts were perfect when included. At Dragon Gate Hotel, it was indicated that breakfast was not included, but it actually was.
Our trip was very satisfactory; we enjoyed everything, the Americans (pleasant and welcoming), the parks, the cities (LA and Las Vegas), and driving on those endless roads with incredible landscapes.
Our criticisms:
At the car rental company Thrifty, we had to wait from 11 PM to 1 AM to pick up our car. In the Google reviews, there were already similar complaints. However, the Thrifty lady was very kind and apologized for the wait time. Virginie did not know how much the insurance that covered flat tires, glass breakage, breakdowns, and accidents would cost. In the end, this insurance, just after the best, cost $272 for 15 days.
Virginie had told us to reserve the entrance to Yosemite Park, but she should have also mentioned reserving it for the next day to go to Mammoth Lake because the road leading to Mammoth Lake crosses the park; otherwise, you have to take a detour of more than 4 hours. The park reception lady still let us through when we showed our hotel reservation in Mammoth Lake, but she specified that it was a favor.
Regarding Las Vegas, Virginie advised us to stay only one night, saying that the Strip could be done in an afternoon. In fact, we and our daughters (21 and 17 years old) would have preferred to stay one more day to see Las Vegas from the Stratosphere Tower and visit Fremont Street with its 460-meter screen.
The parking at Dragon Gate Hotel in LA was $18/day (no tax), at Luxor $24/day, but at Double Tree it was $47/day not including taxes.
We thank you for this organization.

Fabulous US west coast trip
(Translated by Google) Guided by our roadbook we had a fabulous trip. Every day we discovered magnificent XXL-sized landscapes, we didn't notice the time passing during our 4 weeks, it was dynamic, rhythmic and dense.
Thanks to Alexandra for our discussions and the organization of this stay.

A quality partner for our United States road trip
(Translated by Google) We chose Authentik USA to explore the parks of the American West, and we absolutely did not regret it. Pierre-Louis took care of everything according to our directives (main objective the large parks including Yellowstone, few cities, camping / hotel mix) by adapting according to his knowledge of the country. All his choices were wise: we were able to take full advantage of all the parks, the weather on site was just right each time, and the camping / hotel alternation perfectly timed. The very complete road-book guided us all the way, being sure not to forget anything, with the little tips that go well (plan to do your shopping before, no shower in this campsite, etc.). Pierre-Louis was also available once there to adapt to the complicated weather conditions (tropical storm Hillary). We can therefore only recommend Authentik USA, and will not fail to use them again if we were to return to the North American continent on vacation. THANKS ! [...]

1st family road trip in the American West
(Translated by Google) A five-week road trip, including a first loop departing from Las Vegas, by motorhome in Utah and Wyoming with Yellowstone and Grand Teton on the program and a second loop, still departing from Las Vegas, by car to the California coast. Duration of five weeks absolutely necessary to carry out its routes. motorhome good for parking lots and motel cars good for big cities and the California coast. [...]
Very successful 30 day road trip, Alamo car and good hotels.
(Translated by Google) 30 days as planned, quick receipt of the car at Alamo Los Angeles, quick return as well.
Very good hotels in general. Quick receipt without the voucher, the name is enough. The quality of the hotels is good or very good apart from, very few, to avoid:
Gateway Hotel Santa Monica: offers a ridiculous breakfast a coffee and a packaged (not good)...
Best Western Plus Ruby's Inn in Bryce Canyon: completely outdated hotel, to be renovated, very noisy... Bad canteen level catering...
Alpenhof Lodge at Mammoth Lake: No breakfast, restaurant closed and bar closed for reception, works on the parking lot from 6:30 am...awesome!!!
The rest of the hotels to advise.
Very positive result.

magical
(Translated by Google) Our trip has just ended and we are delighted. We had been waiting for her for two years, because of COVID, Virginie from Authentik USA was perfect, we appreciated her help when we had to change cars during the trip, she was always available to answer our questions. I can only recommend Authentik USA, whether for the organization of itineraries as much as the choice of hotels. [...]
American West Road Trip
(Translated by Google) Discovery of magnificent landscapes, an often warm welcome, practical hotels close to the places to be discovered, well anticipated distances, chance encounters with bears (brrrr....), in short, unforgettable holidays.
We enjoyed everything except Zion Park which seems to be a victim of its fame.
There were also a lot of French people on the sites like us, that didn't always disorient us, they must have all thought like us.

Wonderful trip!
(Translated by Google) Very good itinerary and choice of hotels.
Very happy to have used the services of Charlotte from Authentik Canada to organize our 2-month road trip in the West of the USA and Canada.
(Translated by Google) We had a great stay, the wide open spaces of the Canadian and American West are great. Even if we preferred Canada in terms of landscapes and inhabitants. Yosemite and Grand Teton are also exceptional in the USA.
Thank you to Authentik USA/Canada for organizing this superb Road Trip (duration of stays, campsites, national parks) that we will remember all our lives.

Journey to the American West
(Translated by Google) We have, thanks to an extraordinary organization, had an excellent discovery trip in the American West.
Journey to the heart of magnificent parks, comfortable accommodation and quality of the activities offered
(Translated by Google) The trip was extraordinary, we have beautiful images in our heads. The hotels chosen were of very good quality, we always slept very well.
With the exception of the horseback riding in Brice Canyon which is really for beginners, all the activities were very nice and some were awesome especially the horseback riding in Monument Valley and the helicopter ride in the Grand Canyon, top!

Road trip inoubliable
(Translated by Google) We spent 5 weeks in a motorhome visiting the national parks of the American West, very different from each other but each time breathtaking landscapes. Very good service from Authentik (it's our 3rd trip with them) which greatly facilitates the preparations, it's very comfortable, we just have to enjoy the holidays without worrying about the logistics.
exceptional trip
(Translated by Google) a magnificent trip in all respects, very well organized and perfectly documented. The information in the travel guide is very valuable and the places to visit indicated are all places with interesting particularities

Very nice trip, consistent with our choice.
(Translated by Google) The distances and the stages were perfect, the road did not seem so long to us.
We were able to take the time to stroll, to hike, to appreciate the grandiose landscapes, to discover an exceptional fauna.
The hotels were very good with each time a swimming pool and jacuzzi for relaxation at the end of the day (except in Barstow).
The car rental was great.
The advice of the Authentik guide helped us a lot.
Thanks

Flawless 4 week trip
(Translated by Google) Thank you for this beautiful trip very well organized. Virginie was very available and attentive.
I will recommend this agency to anyone who wants to make this trip
The musts of the American West
(Translated by Google) Very varied experiences: four key cities, Seattle, Vancouver, Las Vegas and San Francisco - the first two a little unknown but worth the trip - and natural wonders. Sequoia a little behind and could be replaced by Los Angeles for those who want to see everything the US West has to offer. The two transfers by plane in order to avoid too many cars to reach Yellowstone were much appreciated. In summary: dense travel, constantly [...]
GREAT AMERICAN PARKS
(Translated by Google) Very nice roadtrip, we are delighted !!!
Everything was really perfect
Thank you Charlotte for your advice and kindness
Superb discovery of the national parks
(Translated by Google) A fantastic month starting from Yellowstone (the giant for landscapes and animals), Grand Teton, for us "family" hikers, to Yosemite via the great heat of Arches and the Grand Canyon, then Bryce and Zion .
Do not miss the 4x4 expedition of Monument Valley with a Navajo guide which allows access to places closed to other visitors. Our guide was also exceptional!
We did not appreciate the passage to Lake Powell less, and if we had to do it again, we would do one less day there (the distances are great to travel in one go between the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas). But the Lower Antelope Canyon tour was magical! Only small downside, the time of the visit: avoid the midday slot for the Lower, it is more beautiful to see when the light is softer.
In short, this trip was magical! We took full eyes (and sneakers), and we strongly recommend it!

Thanks !
(Translated by Google) Thanks to Virginie, our adviser, who was able to listen to us and advise us for an unforgettable trip.
We particularly appreciated the quality of the complete and indispensable road book.
Hats off to the professionalism of Autentik USA.
Voyage aménagé
(Translated by Google) Development in accordance with; My wishes. Very good advice and efficient organization. Advisors very available and very friendly.
This is the second time I have used Authentik's services with great pleasure.
MAGNIFICENT TRIP IN THE AMERICAN WEST
(Translated by Google) Complete trip allowing you to tour the main national parks of the American West, in detail, as well as the 3 major cities Los Angeles (and Universal Studios), Las Vegas (and its casinos) and San Francisco , the most European of the 3. During the trip, we were able to enjoy the parks: National Joshua Tree, Grand Canyon (to be done by helicopter, memorable memory especially for children), Monument Valley, Antelope Canyon (and its breathtaking colors), Lake Powell, Canyonland, Arches, Grand Teton, Yellowstone (and its colorful geysers and waterholes), Bryce Canyon (and its amphitheater) , Zion (and its canyon), Death Valley (and its extreme 47°C heat in the shade), Yosemite (and its rocky peaks), and come across many animals (moose, elks ( elk), deer, bison, bighorns (mouflons), bears, wolves, jackals, squirrels .....) and make a e very small part of the mythical route 66.
In short, only good memories, but many kilometers to do such a course

a long but beautiful journey
(Translated by Google) 21 days for 6600 kilometers, a great discovery (although ultimately fast) of the wide open spaces of the American West. Now that we know what is very beautiful or less interesting, we can plan a future more in-depth visit of what we really liked.
An unforgettable trip
(Translated by Google) A month of travel and discovery in the Great American West. Landscapes to breathtaking and stunning locations. To live absolutely.
(Translated by Google) Choice of hotels and well-balanced stages allowing us to fully enjoy the parks without being too tired from the road. The parks of this tour are well chosen: some are touristy but unmissable, others more confidential but just as interesting. The few problems encountered on site (notably a non-registered reservation) were resolved. effectively adjusted to our return.
It was impossible to reach Authentik USA during our trip, either by email or by phone.
Thanks to; Tag-A-Long Company "Bill" MOAB. Bill has been our particular guide in Fiery Furnace. Very friendly and full of humor, he taught us many things about the local flora and fauna. We enjoyed it very much. our ride.

(Translated by Google) We liked the overall organization of the autotour. The quality service providers as part of optional activities. The choice of hotels in general and in particular their location and their charm for some. The formula of the roadbook with its different headings: itinerary, hotel services, recommended restaurants and points of interest.
We have been disappointed by 2 hotels: Hotel Teton Mountain Lodge in; Teton Village: good hotel services, on the other hand, incompetence of the staff with suspicions of fraud. Indeed, the first morning, the restaurant employee wanted to make us pay for the breakfasts when they were prepaid. At the time of departure and check-out, the hotel wanted us to pay 18 dollars knowing that we had not made any expenses, moreover, the staff was very helpful. incapable of justifying ourselves to what did this sum correspond to and to finally tell us that there was nothing to do? pay. Finally, back in France, we realized that we had been charged $5 to our visa card from this hotel for an unknown reason??? These are not large sums at stake but we have doubts about the seriousness of the staff!! Hotel The Grand Hotel at; Grand Canyon: very good location, however the rooms were dirty, the sheets wrinkled, we strongly suspect that the sheets were not cleaned. changed.

(Translated by Google) Availability and reactivity from my travel consultant. Consideration of our requests for our autotour in the western United States. French-speaking emergency line in the event of a problem.
Lack of information on the need for to reserve at advance certain activities. Ex: We wanted to rent a boat on Lake Powell, but no availability; before 3 days... We took to agrave; instead a cruise.

(Translated by Google) A more human, more personalized trip, a team to listening.
The management of distances in the USA would be to grave; improve: roadbook not always objective on journey times (sometimes 2 hours more driving at the maximum authorized speed) and outdated GPS; and completely useless because making us drive extra hours or announcing 10 hours of driving, for 4 real hours.

(Translated by Google) We had a self drive to; the card with motorhome and we liked the quality service providers chosen by AuthentikUSA: Apollo for motorhomes, and campsites, especially KOAs. Very good documentation provided too and good choice of cards. Unfortunately we missed the appointment for the guided tour of San Francisco but it was our fault.
Only small hiccup when we arrived at the KOA in Salt Lake City which did not have our reservation but everything was settled. between Authentik Usa and the campsite and we have not been bothered at all. Not enough information maybe for the crossing of the Golden gate bridge...
A special thank you to; Jim from Mad River boat trips to; Jackson Hole, Wyoming for a great experience with kids rafting on the Snake River.

(Translated by Google) Reservations guaranteed in full compliance. Punctuality services.
At the transport level, Fox is still low cost, even if the vehicle received and used is low cost. was everything do okay. The Fox offices at; Denver are of more than minimum standard, but ç the assumption of responsibility (if I compare to Avis and others. The fact of guaranteeing $250 and reimbursing after a few days is not practiced among adults, a card imprint is generally sufficient. Overbilling by Fox toll roads.
Accommodation level: - Hotel Grand Vista at; Grand Junction: uninteresting, run-down hotel. Corresponds to; many Trip Advisor reviews. - Lodge Red Cliffs near Moab: nothing to miss; say it again, excellent++, great area of Utah. - Lodge Goulding's at Monument Valley: same. A little factory at; tourists in this area .... - Grand Hôtel à; Tusayan near the grand canyon: disappointing, only factory to buy; tourist, no fridge in the room, which seems to be standard normally. Trip Advisor reviews a bit along these lines as well. - Econolodge at; Cortez: everything actually decent for the cheap price paid. - The Cliff House at Pikes Peak (Manitou Springs): almost a 5 star, more than excellent and not expensive for the service given, truly exceptional. A general comment in your reservations. Except at Monument Valley, all the rooms had two queen beds that were not too wide, never a large King bed. Why don't you book rooms with a king size bed for a couple like us? This surprises us. The last two hotels booked also show on the voucher a "double bed" reservation but we were able to change on the spot.
On the road book & On the date of this August 20, there is a BIG error in the mileage. You indicate 140 km when there is almost double that... it also appears on your website. In addition, the Grand Canyon hotel is not located in the Grand Canyon but at the Grand Canyon. Tusayan. It's really not clear to follow your explanations .... I already had; reported during a trip to Quebec 2 years ago, and I'm not the only one, that your Google Map itinerary is far too small to read, so not easily usable. And not very practical. A good map, aided by a GPS, helps us more effectively.
Organization: We can trust you
