USA by Motorhome
Superb trip, dreamy views, a legendary road trip.
(Translated by Google) how not to dream of a change of scenery worthy of the greatest films, of these natural immensities, this gigantism, of these colors. The road trip is one of the best ways to be as close as possible to this nature, with ease.
Exceptional trip! Magnificent!
(Translated by Google) This trip was magnificent! The RV and the access to the parks is an exceptional package! Nature, the wide open spaces and the beauty of the landscapes are incredible!!! You have to experience it to appreciate it fully. The best: Bryce Canyon was unanimously loved!! The worst: the wait at the RV check-in. AuthentikUSA is a sure bet with a very well-developed road book. Quality support with an advisor always available to listen to you. Thank you, Veronique.

Excellent
An exceptional trip!
(Translated by Google) In a word: exceptional! This trip was extraordinary and perfectly met our expectations in terms of organization and planning. We discovered fabulous landscapes and cities, and we had wonderful family moments.
The roadbook is very well done, and guides us step by step to each destination.
Virginie and the entire Authentik USA team are absolutely adorable, and above all very responsive and available, which is really appreciated!
Only one small downside at the end of the trip (Yosemite and Mammoth Lakes), as it was not suitable for young children. Indeed, we have 4 children, 2 of whom are very young. Hiking and walking on uneven terrain are not possible, which limited us. We were not aware of the size of Yosemite Park, and we mismanaged our visit.
Otherwise, everything was perfect. The accommodations were all very good, clean, high-quality and above all very well located.
We are already planning our next trip with you!
Thank you for everything,
Lucille

Extraordinary landscapes, campsites to improve.
(Translated by Google) This trip is truly an experience to be had, the landscapes are so impressive. Photos absolutely do not do justice to this spectacle. The sensations when you find yourself in this nature, whatever the stages, are truly exceptional.
Overall the planning was very easy with the help of Authentik USA. Many options were studied very quickly and allowed us to choose what corresponded to our wishes within our budget. We went with two families, two RVs and nine people.
If it were to be done again:
To do:
- Logistics:
- Fewer stops and more time per site visited.
- Leisure:
- Bryce Canyon and Mammoth Lakes, the unexpected but ultimately essential stops.
- Antelope Canyon magical with kind and knowledgeable guides.
- It is necessary to diversify the activities to do on site.
To review:
- Better campgrounds sometimes too noisy (next to the road), with insufficient service quality (cleanliness) or too far from the sites to visit.
(P.S: No campground is on a first-come, first-served basis as indicated in the guide).
- The RV rental company. The vehicles are aging and have flaws that end up being annoying (refrigerator door that doesn't stay closed, indicators that don't work, etc.).
In summary, a trip to do. The experience would be even better by paying attention to a few details.

Memories filling my head
(Translated by Google) A great accompaniment to make our trip an unforgettable experience. Good choice of campsite and ideally suggested routes.
The journey of a lifetime
(Translated by Google) We are very satisfied with Authentik USA's services. We were able to experience exactly the trip we had dreamed of. The RV campsites were great. The hotels, in general, were beyond what we had imagined. The activities planned in our trip were always of very high quality. We just had one problem with the RV and when we called the agency for help with the rental (because our English wouldn't allow us to understand and be understood on the phone) we were disappointed that the person told us that it wasn't part of their job…

Superb road trip
(Translated by Google) Thanks to Virginie for putting together this wonderful RV road trip for us, she was attentive and patient.
Everything went perfectly, we even got a free upgrade from Road Bear, by arriving first, to pick up the RV (an expandable one). Honestly, it was 12 magnificent days. We are already thinking about our next trip. Thanks to Authentik USA, you can go there with your eyes closed!

This road trip, dreamed of and imagined, was magnificent.
(Translated by Google) Travel Diary – West Coast of the United States
June 29 to July 19, 2025
Departure and return: San Francisco
We dreamed of, imagined, and planned this road trip... with the invaluable help of Marie Michèle, who supported us with rare availability and always excellent advice. Thanks to her, this adventure turned out to be grand, intense, and above all unforgettable.
Days 1 and 2 – San Francisco, an iconic city
Before hitting the road, we explored San Francisco on foot, by tram, by car. Two days to feel the heartbeat of this unique city.
• Crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, a powerful and majestic symbol.
• Photo stop in front of the Painted Ladies, those colorful, photogenic houses.
• Detour via the Palace of Fine Arts, peaceful and refined.
• View of Alcatraz from the beach, impressive and mysterious.
• Stroll on Fisherman’s Wharf, a lively and bustling neighborhood.
• Must-see Lombard Street with its tight turns.
On the road – Heading for the Pacific
We pick up our Cruise America RV: the road opens up before us.
Highway 1, winding and spectacular, leads us to the coast.
• Santa Barbara, elegant and bright.
• Malibu, its pier, its laid-back atmosphere.
• Carmel, a little gem nestled between sea and nature.
Hollywood and America in Celebration
Arrival in Hollywood on the eve of July 4.
A special moment: seeing American flags everywhere, even in the campgrounds.
A walk along Hollywood Boulevard to walk on the stars of celebrities,
then a detour to the famous Melrose Avenue, vibrant and eclectic.
A true immersion in local culture, between fireworks and smiles.
The Wild West – Arizona and Utah
The journey takes on another dimension:
• Grand Canyon: vertigo, silence, emotions.
• Monument Valley: a moving private visit, guided by a proud and generous Navajo woman.
• Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, and especially Antelope Canyon: breathtaking beauties.
At Antelope Canyon, we enter a narrow fault, carved into the red sandstone by millennia of erosion.
There, light filters through cracks in the ceiling, drawing almost unreal rays, casting shifting shadows on the rippling walls.
The floor is sandy, the walls smooth, and the atmosphere almost mystical.
Each step is a work of natural art, with the rock seeming to dance with the light.
A place out of time, both fragile and eternal.
• Stop in Kanab to visit Little Hollywood, a former western film set still standing, full of history and red dust.
Then the wonders of Utah:
• Bryce Canyon, and its legendary hike on the Queen’s Garden Trail.
A spectacular path descending into the natural amphitheater, winding between hoodoos of strange shapes and dazzling colors.
The landscape looks as if it’s from another world, with golden light making every contour vibrate. A walk that’s accessible, but magical with every step.
• A true rodeo, filled with local pride and tradition.
• And the hike in Zion’s Narrows: a unique trail, with your feet in the water, surrounded by sheer cliffs almost 300 meters high. Walking in this canyon is both a wild and spiritual experience.
Return to the West – Las Vegas, Yosemite, and Napa
• Stop in Las Vegas, bright, excessive, fascinating.
• Then back to nature with Mammoth Lakes and Yosemite, among forests, waterfalls, silence, and magic.
At breakfast and sunset, we were regularly visited by curious and peaceful deer and does.
A highlight: the encounter with a bear cub, glimpsed briefly near the trail. A mix of thrills, wonder, and deep respect for this immense nature.
• Last night in Napa Valley, surrounded by vineyards, for a well-deserved tasting before closing this enchanted parenthesis.
Conclusion: a waking dream
Vast landscapes, endless nature, suspended moments...
This trip was a concentrate of wonder, a breath of adventure.
And nothing would have been the same without Marie Michèle, to whom we express our heartfelt thanks for her help, kindness, and passion.

Exceptional
(Translated by Google) We really loved our New York - American West road trip!
Thanks to Caroline and Virginie, responsive to our questions and very professional.
The itinerary was well balanced with enough days at each stop and a good distribution of mileage. Everything was well booked and well organized. The guided tours in French were great (thanks to the guides).
Cruise America top-notch, the RV was new.
The roadbook is exceptional, very useful and full of good advice.
Our comments if we want to be "perfectionists":
- Downside on the last campsite in Napa which was much worse than the previous ones.
- The Yosemite campsite was a 1-hour drive from the main sites of Yosemite Valley, it would be good to specify this.
- There were few people in the campsites and sometimes we asked to change location to be in the shade but this was refused. One of them told us it was due to our reservation via Authentik USA which we found strange...
- We regretted visiting Yosemite (too many people, campsite not very well maintained) rather than Sequoia National Park which I think would have been more exotic for us. Perhaps to take into account in your advice for future travelers.
- The layover time on the return trip was too long (6H) while there were Zurich-Geneva flights several times during the day. A little frustrating. We asked the Swiss company to take an earlier flight but it was not possible (tickets booked via Authentik non-exchangeable and luggage in transit).
These remarks do not detract from our enthusiasm.
We will keep a wonderful memory of this trip: thank you Authentik USA!
Nadège C.

The American dream
(Translated by Google) The discovery of a magnificent country with its grandiose landscapes, its endless roads, and the remarkable cleanliness of the places we visited. Small downside concerning the campervan… We definitely had the oldest and most dilapidated vehicle in their entire fleet, but we made it back after a 4100 km journey!
The American Southwest by RV
(Translated by Google) A journey that filled our eyes with stars.
Incredible
(Translated by Google) The American West was a dream for us and this trip exceeded our expectations. It's an experience that will remain unforgettable.
Perfect
(Translated by Google) Our entire stay was perfectly coordinated. The itinerary, the hotels and other accommodations. I recommend without hesitation.
Fantastic American West road trip with the family!!!
(Translated by Google) A thousand thanks for your advice and suggestions, we were lucky enough to make this family trip by combining a campervan in the big parks and a rental car for the second part of the trip to San Francisco. We loved traveling by campervan and exploring the majestic national parks. The excursions to Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley were also great. Every day a new discovery in magnificent landscapes, an UNFORGETTABLE TRIP!!! Thank you so much Virginie for your listening and advice, we gladly recommend your agency and services. Good luck and we hope to see you very soon!:-))) Mylène, Julien and Loïs!!

Very nice trip
(Translated by Google) We did this road trip in a motorhome rented from Cruise America, and we were completely satisfied with it. The campsites chosen by Alexandra were generally very well located, except for one next to a highway. We didn't particularly enjoy Zion Park, as it was too crowded for our liking. We especially thank Alexandra for her great availability during the trip preparations.

RV road trip in the western states
(Translated by Google) Exceptional 21-day trip that allows you to see the main American parks of the West. The advantage of going through Autentickusa is having campsite reservations in the heart of the parks, reservations difficult to obtain on your own.
Fabulous road trip in the American West
(Translated by Google) My wife and I loved this 3-week road trip in the American West. Particularly the city of San Francisco and of course the grandiose and fabulous national parks of Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Bryce Canyon, Zion, Death Valley and Yosemite Park. A complete change of scenery guaranteed. Conversely, the cities of Los Angeles and Las Vegas did not thrill us, nor did the stops at Mammoth Lakes and Napa Valley, which were of little interest from our point of view. A big thank you to Caroline Dion for her support in preparing our road trip. Authentik, which we had already used for a previous road trip in Western Canada, retains all our confidence in travel support on the American continent. We recommend it.

Family RV road trip to American parks
(Translated by Google) We loved our stay which was very well prepared by our specialist. She was able to offer us an itinerary corresponding to our expectations. The trip was perfectly thought out: the choice of campsites, the length of the journeys, the number of nights in each park.... The road book travel guide was very comprehensive and very useful. Authentik USA was very responsive in helping us resolve our refrigerator problem in the motorhome. Great trip, great experience with a very available road trip specialist!

Feedback
(Translated by Google) The trip went well.
Suggestion from S.F we should have continued by car to L.A to be able to enjoy it more easily. RVs are not easy to park in areas (Santa Monica, Venice, Hollywood...).
From then on everything was suitable.
If we had to choose again, we wouldn't go with Cruise America. The RVs are average as is their condition, the equipment provided is also very basic. We had to change the first one after a few kilometers!
Otherwise, for the rest, very suitable for the family and the holidays.
We were able to change a leg of our trip without any problems.

Family road trip in the American West: Exceptional
(Translated by Google) 18 days traveling. Well organized and no unforeseen events.
Fabulous!
(Translated by Google) This trip was incredible! Magnificent landscapes, a total change of scenery,.... The itinerary and the stages, the choice of campsites/hotels chosen by Authentik USA were really suitable. No false notes, it was perfect!
Breathtaking. Magnificent. Grandiose. And of all beauty.
(Translated by Google) It was wonderful and the scenery was beautiful. We loved it and I recommend it.
Exceptional service, but the camper is outdated.
(Translated by Google) - quality - price if planned well in advance
- exceptional service, advice, and availability from our reference Virginie
- Road Book
- assistance
Some negative points:
- old camper with many defective and dirty items, lacking equipment
- some campgrounds not welcoming and not nice
An exceptional road trip!
(Translated by Google) Not having the time to organize our trip to the American West, Authentik was an ideal solution to build it tailor-made according to our flight requirements and our desires. Indeed, starting from a road trip base, you can then decide via the platform and in contact with your advisor by email/phone/video, to modify parks, hotels or campgrounds or even to choose partly a campervan and a car.
We decided, for example, to do the parks in a campervan (with a standard license) and the coast by car....
Even if the Authentik agency organizes and books the entire trip, it is then up to everyone to organize their days in the parks, visits, or just a little idleness... moreover, Authentik also offers options such as a helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon (a must-do!) or Universal Studios in Los Angeles...
A truly magical family trip that will remain in our memories!
Take the plunge with Authentik, a 5-star service...

Unforgettable
(Translated by Google) We traveled all over the western US from San Francisco to the national parks. We loved everything very much. We really appreciated the campsite choices and the alternation between those with and without services. We enjoyed being in the parks close to nature. The advice beforehand was very interesting and the help and availability during the stay very reassuring. The roadbook and the app are super practical and well done.
We liked the Morro Beach night less, which didn't really add anything. The Lake Powell campsite is too far from everything.
