The technical support of the rental company that we contacted immediately made us lose 2 hours to explain to us that this was normal and that we therefore had to drive at 60 m/h maximum (instead of 75 m/h on the HWY). And this, in addition to the jerks of the automatic gearbox, a sign of a tired car. For the relatively high price of this rental we would have hoped to have a van in normal condition or at least obtain compensation. I do not recommend this rental company.
